Mission 

It is the mission of the Indiana Elementary Basketball Booster (IEBB) to provide a structured basketball environment for its participants in which dedicated and skilled coaches will work to develop sound fundamental basketball skills for all its participants and provide a competitive playing environment in which travel teams will be established to participate in various tournaments and/or leagues.  It is also the mission of the IEBB to ultimately prepare its participants for the next step of their basketball careers, which would be the Junior High level of basketball.

Organization 

The IEBB has been in formal existence since January 23, 2014.  The organization is made up of a committee of seven (7) individual board members and various team coaches (board members could also be coaches).  Board meetings will be held as needed by request.

Any and all decisions made by the IEBB are presented and made by the seven board members.  Decisions are made and granted based on a majority vote by the board (4 of 7 members). Decisions made at the board level are final and include all administrative and/or financial decisions related to the IEBB and are made with the best interest of the booster’s organization as a whole.  Board members will stay in term until such time that they choose to exit on a volunteer basis or are replaced.  All new board members will be voted upon by the current board members before being granted the position.
